Looking at this shit. Roger Malcolm bought over 67.5 BILLION Tokens out of the 100 BILLION that were minted within the first 2 hours of the launch of $HOLD and burned them. He paid 0.42 $ETH for 67.5 % of the entire supply. But the maximum wallet size on launch was supposed to be less than a fraction of 1% so obviously his wallet was exempt from this.

Now why would Roger Malcolm want to mint 100 Billion tokens just to buy back and burn a large amount of tokens?

The answer is quite simple. when you go and look at the "Holders" tab on etherscan you see the top 100+ holders and you see the % each wallet holds. And with the burn wallet holding 72% all the other wallets LOOK like they hold a very tiny percentage.

But looks can be deceiving. because lets look at the top wallet that has 690 Million $HOLD tokens (lets forget that we already know this wallet is linked to Roger's Wallet Cluster) and that 690 million tokens on etherscan's holder list shows that it's only 0.69% of the supply.

But when you take 690,000,000 and divide it by the ACTUAL CIRCULATING SUPPLY (27.9 Billion) we see that it's actually 2.47% of the new supply.

They are throwing around graphics showing that their top 50 holders hold like 12% of their supply but they are using 100 Billion as their supply which it is not anymore. If you use 27.9 Billion as their baseline supply you will see that their top 50 wallet distribution is absolutely terrible.
