I just tracked through his wallets real fast and he might have even more $HOLD than Paddy.
It appears he's the one that sold Wizz some $HOLD OTC and he also sold over $100k worth of #HOLD around 8-9M market cap and he still holds like 600-700M tokens or more.
The admins of that project really do just own such a huge amount of supply.

$WLFI has done what $TRUMP did a few months ago when it just sucks a ton of liquidity out of the market and it doesn't help that $BTC and $ETH are not looking the strongest.
