I've been talking about all the flippers in $SAN for a while.
This wallet is one of the biggest culprits. He's been flipping back and forth for 5 months.
These wallets hold the project back until there's a true breakout and then they get left behind forever or they are forced to buy back higher.

Be careful out there AW just launched a project with liquidity that's only locked for 2 months. You know what happens when liquidity unlocks on his projects.
