I watched it all and can summarize, you may just want to watch some to see if the MI-6 spook being interviewed looks legit. I found it tough to tell. He looked genuine, but good liars can. Either way, whether it was truth, or psyop to try and make people think Western intel is farther ahead than it is, it was interesting. He maintains that intel agencies now regularly use the Havana Syndrome to keep agents they recruit in line and doing what they are supposed to. Moreover he maintains that the intel agencies have developed voice to skull technology and the ability to read internal dialog, and this was tested on TIs, and is now operational among spies who need to communicate with their commands in the most secure way possible. He says it is based off some nanotech which once inside you can be read remotely by your agency and allow internal thoughts to be discerned. I found it interesting, as clearly we have seen, from AOC and the Squad, to Biden, it has appeared at times as if they are using earpieces. They may have been getting voice to skull. Of course I have not had any voice to skull, and I would tend to think they would have rolled it out on me, if it were possible. It makes me think there is perhaps some physiological requirement for it to work which is lacking in my case. Interestingly Jesse Beltran, one of the interviewers says he has been getting Havana Syndrome since 2012. The MI-6 agent says he wants a public discussion about the mind-reading nano tech, as it was deployed in the Vax, and they are planning to combine its mind-reading with the AI in the data centers to create an ultimate predictive system which will be able to discern at any moment what is going to come to pass. He says they will need it because the magnetosphere is going to collapse, and there will only be small pockets on earth shielded from cosmic particles, and the plan is to use this new super-control system to prevent the people in unprotected areas, who will be sterile and slowly being killed, from migrating to protected areas, where the elites plan to keep small populations of breeding humans to preserve the species.

If you are developing surveillance awareness, you should notice, although the video did not record prior to, or after the cutdowns for long, in what little video there is, it appears there is limited traffic passing as the video begins. Likewise after the last camera falls, it appears traffic stops with the passing of the final little white van. The big question you will have is, could the double-decker bus be surveillance. I would say yes. They will recruit the guy who drives that, just to have a really weird surveillance vehicle which nobody would ever think could be surveillance, for use when they want such a vehicle. I remember the story of an old guy who needed a lift to a doctor’s appointment in New York City. There they have something, IIRC, called Access-a-ride, or something similar, It offers seniors rides to doctors appointments. So he called it, the van came, loaded him in, and proceeded to turn his ten minute ride to the doctor into a multi-hour spin that travelled all over New York City, I would bet that driver was surveillance and was getting paid for taking part in follows all around the city. So yeah, a double decker bus could easily be surveillance. In fact, I suspect this was done at four in the morning or so, and these guys were expecting almost no traffic. This could fit with our previous hypothesis Cabal attempted to move into China to ride its rise, using it as its latest national skinsuit, but was blocked from entry at the last minute, after transferring our tech and manufacturing there through the use of corrupt agents like the Clintons. If Cabal was forced to re-enter the West, retake control, and now wanted to use the West to one day exact revenge on the Chinese, among the first things which it would have to do is purge the nation of all the assets who it had previously instructed to become Chinese agents and give China whatever it wanted, from the W88 nuclear warhead plans, to missile tech like Clinton gave them. As an example, the Clintons would be a security risk going forward, as China may have documented their previous treason, and could now use that to turn them into agents working against Cabal from within the US. I would think the first thing Cabal would want to do is purge those it instructed to become Chinese agents. And now here comes the script about US government personnel turning a blind eye to Chinese intrusions into our election systems.
