I never really understood how the conservation of momentum worked with the tapping. A force was impacting me, implying somewhere else a force was acting in an equal fashion in the opposite direction. One theory I had is the tapping is actually some kind of explosion-type push in opposite directions. This is the same thing as Police and Firefighter tests going to the black box psychological tests. They could easily try to use grades and standardized test scores to determine hiring. How well you learned the subjects, and how hard you work is simple to gouge from that. I think for a long time, US Policing was protected by the fact our criminals had guns, and made Policing genuinely dangerous. Surveillance people do not look like the kind of people who want to engage in violence. In the UK, they tried to eliminate the guns, and once Policing was twenty cops ganging up on one guy, hand to hand, it seems the whole force became just a bunch of Conspiracy pussies, because the danger was eliminated.
