I don’t know why, but I saw this video, and immediately felt the white couple was domestic surveillance. A dominant Alpha female starting shit with the migrant and thinking she could hit his hat and he couldn’t do anything to her, a violence-incapable husband, unable to rein in the wife and busy texting away on his phone as the shit is going down, it just had the vibe. It is like that case a few years back of the Asian couple, who appeared to be surveillance, tracking a large gang of motorcyclists. According to some reports, the motorcyclists went to pass the Asian couple in their SUV, and the wife was throwing water bottles and half-eaten plums out the car window at the Bikers, who then surrounded the SUV on the highway, and forced it to stop, with a couple of bikers pulling in front of it. The Asian dude panicked, and hit the gas, driving over the bikers, and tried to make a run for it, but got caught in traffic at a stoplight, and the guy got dragged from the car and beaten up, while the wife grabbed the baby and claimed immunity from and consequence, as the bikers tried to drag her from the car. A few days later, a motorcyclist filmed a NY State Trooper warning him things would be hot for motorcyclists for a while as the Asian guy was the nephew of some high-ranking NY State Police Honcho. NYSP later denied any affiliation, meaning the uncle was probably in Intelligence or Surveillance.

The author notes the tapping/knocking/pushing and hypothesizes it is haptic beamforming, a technique by which you can emit a bunch of ultrasound waves from a number of transducers, in such a way all the waves converge on a point, creating a “pop” at that point which will produce physical force. Maybe in some cases, especially since I suspect they use a similar mechanism, but in reverse to target eavesdropping on a specific point. Once they do that, it may be a small thing to put transducers at each microphone, and send soundwaves back the other way. I still think many cases, including my own however, are the same as the beam I recorded in Thermal video.

I see a couple of aspects to these posts. First, Directed Energy Weapons are being legitimized in the public’s eye. People here knew me for a while, but I am sure as I began relating the fact I was hearing spattering hits on the lead dental blanket, or I was getting vibrated violently in bed, or I was playing recordings of taps, some here were wondering if I was losing it, or maybe ginning up drama for the site in hopes of getting clicks. But when people see posts like these, suddenly such accusations seem a lot more possible. It is happening, and it is happening a lot.

The second aspect I see is they are playing up the idea the damage is permanent and progressive. I have not found that. I began sleeping in water, and felt the damage was reversing largely within a couple of days. Each day now I get pounded, some days really hard, and am in a fog by the time I get done here, but sleep underwater for a night, and I largely recover in just about five hours of sleep.

I am not sure what that tells us about what is going on, or whose side Giordano is on. It is possible he is Cabal, and where these weapons were previously used on low power to degrade people, in a practical way, Cabal is getting desperate, and turning up the volume sp you have no doubt what has happened. The weapon’s use may be transitioning from a practical covert degradation of targets, to more of a weapon of terror and coercion. And to that end, they want people who are hit, to know directed energy weapons are something going on, and feel like each hit is a permanent injury they will never recover from, so they will be more likely to do anything Cabal wants to make the hits stop as quickly as possible.
