This guy is almost certainly part of the gangstalking brigade of domestic surveillance. He is cut from the same cloth as Gaige Grosskreutz, the guy who Kyle Rittenhouse blew the bicep off of. A couple of years later, Gaige was run over by some black guy who was being gangstalked. The black guy hit an intersection and was blocked in by vehicular, so he took a quick left to try and escape, and Gaige was the walker who was assigned to hit the intersection and walk across the street just as the black guy arrived at it. The black guy, in a panic, just drove right over Gaige and kept going. I think all these protestors, from the pedo with the shaved head who Kyle domed, to Antifa, to all these assholes attacking ICE, are all the gangstalking network.
