Add in a chest rig over your plate carrier while wearing the Heat rig like a vest, and you are at 720 rounds, which at almost 3/4 of a case, is a lot of weight, but also a lot of fun, now that forced reset triggers are a thing.

Buy the large if you can, as the velcro in the back will let you wear it tight over soft armor under a suit jacket, or you can loosen it up considerably to wear it over plates. FYI.
