The only scenarios I can see where there would be such an organization would be if the entity running the domestic surveillance and school sabotage were already so advanced any advance the gifted would offer would be light years behind them, and thus of no use, or if the domestic surveillance and school sabotage were being run by a foreign, adversarial government, such as Israel. You would think as antisemitism rises, Jews would back off on calls for funding for everything they want, but it seems the demands are only increasing, to the point there are calls to abandon the First Amendment and have the government censor people.
