An interesting hypothesis, but the big mystery I never raised, but which bothers me, is that, as I have said, it is nigh impossible to operate in the biological sciences, or anywhere in biology, with any degree of certainty. You never know all the variables, or how things really work. Generating a “function-gained” respiratory pathogen and releasing it into the wild is dangerous. Yes the overwhelming likelihood is over time it gets less virulent and deadly, and evolves to become more of a harmless, minor inconvenience you get, and go to work with, and spread around a lot.
But that can take a while, and in the interim, all sorts of other things can happen. It can get into Wild Boars, where its adaptation to the boars causes it to become more lethal to humans, and the boars and spread it all over vegetables that end up in salads, and it can go from there. It could get into mosquitos and do the same.
Anybody in the biological sciences would say there is enormous potential for blowback in such an operation, and moreover, that is entirely uncontrollable. And as I have noted, intel does not do chance or maybe/maybe-nots. Intel knows, 100% exactly how everything it does will go from start to finish, and if it does not, it reworks its plans until it does. So yes, CIA is just a giant pile of shitbags with zero morals, decency, or care for anyone or anything. But this story, as it is told, has too much random in it to fit. I do not know if the entire virus was just a story and never existed to begin with, or if the real actors are reptilians who are not susceptible to human viruses, but something is off, and it feels like there is a variable in the story we have not been made aware of.

I grew up with the people running things there. It baffled me there was always this insurmountable gulf between us, and apparently I was always some kind of OpFor to them. I didn’t care because I grew up reading books about Medal of Honor winners, I had warriors in my family, and I trained in martial arts with men who had the seeds of greatness throughout them, and I could see plainly these people did not have it. I just never spent time with them and was happy to see our ties give way with time (or so I thought). But this is them. They don’t like us for some reason, and view us as the enemy, and so if they get in a place to do damage, they will, gratuitously., for no reason, even, apparently, when it does not directly benefit them. Why didn’t they steal the money? Probably the same reason they take jobs as cashiers just to monitor what locals buy for the conspiracy, in the event it is useful to sabotage them. They are all very strange, and I see no evidence if we put the conspiracy to bed, they will simply integrate with us, and move forward as part of the team.
