So far, it appears heavy metal rock music, fans moving air, and action movies with lots of gunfire and explosions can strongly reduce the level of directed energy weapon attacks with the knockout-beam/head-pushing/tapping/impulse, weapon, which I believe is also what produces the vibrations, and the voices in the head (though I have yet to hear voices, so that may be specific to the biological structure of certain targets, however the weapon, when seen in action on Twitter, appears similar.) I am sure they are looking for a work-around, and maybe they may find one, but for now, it appears quite efficacious.

I am unsure if this is disrupting the actual weapon, or if it is just cluttering the imaging inside the house too much for it to be targeted, but it appears to clearly impact deployment of the weapon. If time is passing fast for you, or you feel run down, or you are getting the Havana Syndrome, do not let your house be silent, with no background noise. Turn up the volume on a cluttering background noise from at least two sources to introduce a randomness to the total final product, and see if you do not feel time slow, and your health and energy increase.

I have been trying to map out the surveillance infrastructure to some degree using ChatGPT, and one of the interesting things is surveillance operations and command centers will be geographically constrained to areas where there are large numbers of crossing/interconnecting fiber backbones, to handle data needs. The AI hypothesized they might try to hide them in Data centers, which will also need to be placed on those backbone intersections, since it would meet data needs, and at the same time conceal the the manpower coming and going, the power consumption, provide a cover for the security perimeter, and offer other benefits.

They may be building out so many of these data centers in order to conceal a rapidly expanding domestic surveillance support infrastructure. The AI being on site can even help organize and sift the data coming in to better curate our files and allow analysis of them without having to transfer the data off site to a separate AI facility, where it might be at risk of theft.

If the Civil War kicks off, and I am not around to see it, the first places you may want to hit and take down are your local AI data centers.

On the bright side, the power demands should forestall onsite power generation and make it easy to punch the lights at the outset of the festivities.
