Most times I do a quick headline summarizing everything you need to know, but this article is really a must read. Ostensibly about an AI program in the government which finds evidence of black projects and anomalies the government wants suppressed and disappears the evidence from official records, the real fascinating part starts deeper in.

He gave that statement on September 10th, 2001. Congressional representatives serving on the House UAP Caucus have made a similar observation more recently: the Pentagon cannot account for 60% of its material assets and has failed its last six audits. Basically the Manhattan project began a classification system so it could operate in secrecy, and thus became the seed of the “Black government,” of classified programs and black projects everyone denies. Operating without oversight is nice, so that black government has grown, to the point it is now twice as big, in terms of manpower, as the open, overt government. And by its nature, it takes and spends what it wants, it obeys no laws since it has no oversight and officially does not exist, So we live under the government of the United States, but hidden kind of above it, is the Black government, essentially a parallel society which we cannot see, but which has unlimited resources (taken from us), classified tech even the President can't get briefed on, and which is fully above the law – and it is only growing. And since the Black Government runs out of intelligence, which controls surveillance, and knows all about blackmail, I would assume it is blackmailing Congress to give it more and more of our tax dollars. And nobody has the faintest idea who is in charge of it, or what it believes, or what its work prodct is, beyond the fact we see none of it.

His shirt sleeve materializes out of think air in this video. The puzzle is, why do the AI thing. Lately the procedure appears to have been just find a look-alike barely close enough, put him in a new pair of glasses, a Goatee, and slightly longer hair, and tell everyone it is the same guy, even though it obviously is not. Most people would assume it was a body double for security during the war anyway. This way, it would appear clear he has died.

Home Schooling would deny them access to the children to assess them, and if need be, sabotage their schooling. You can't send in your older kids to act as bullies or girls to act as honeypots, or "friends" with drugs, to expose and derail a kid if they are homeschooled.

If you or I were suddenly running for office and we wrote this, on Twitter of all places, one, Twitter would immediately “deboost” the account. When I do the semantic scoring of my account it usually says I am at 70-80% deboost, simply because my writing about surveillance conspiracies undermines confidence in institutions. Do you know what I would get if I said people call me racist and Islamophobic, and I wrote I don’t give a shit? I would get about four views per tweet, not 3 million. And that is before somebody in MI-6 calls up somebody in CIA, who calls up their colleague in Twitter’s HQ to make sure my account is limited properly. That is the problem. If you are not one of them, they just don't show anybody your tweets. To say nothing of how fast the cops would be on my doorstep, inquiring, “Oye, so ye admit ye be a racist then, and you be posting racist hate materials on to the Twitter?” You can see here how the rules are different when you work for the conspiracy, and they want everyone to see you giving the conspiracy the finger. Rupert has no such worries. You can see it in those squinty, gauging eyes. He has spent a lifetime peering out trying to see how what he was doing was affecting his target. It is not like Brits have a choice. You have to support his party and him, but that is how they work it. Hopefully he will change course, and not be like the rest who just continue importing migrants after you elect them.
