CIA could be in big trouble, given they have been using something like the Havana Device domestically for years, on American citizens, probably to do everything from derail the academics of students to make small business owners too sleepy to run their businesses. Until now, it was a zero-risk game as nobody would ever attribute illnesses to directed energy weapon usage by our own intelligence services, just like nobody would believe the American Stasi could exist in America. If Havana Syndrome is certified as an official phenomenon, suddenly CIA is at risk of exposure for probably the greatest breach of trust possible, and it will also reveal gangstalking, the surveillance machine, spying on children, using children of the machine, and even sabotaging children who looked set to rise too high, too fast. You can see why they would want to convince everyone no such weapon exists. Of course when you cannot trust your intelligence agency to tell you the truth, because it lies when it wants you to do some policy thing, then who is really in charge of the government, and setting policy?
