Though the poor compression could explain it, it is curious his index finger did not seem to show any similar motion artifact. The bottom line is, all of these “leaders” are just actors pretending to lead as they carry out the will of the hidden hand. The bottom line is, given the rigged elections, when someone “wins” an election, they are winning because when the surveillance showed up, and recited something they said in the privacy of their car to them, while they were in a store, they begged for mercy, and to be spared the ire of the great and powerful eavesdroppers and their super-hearing.
