Supreme Court ponders law making it a crime for marijuana users to own guns. Can you inhale the smoke from a plant, and then lose your Constitutional rights, and as a result you can no longer speak your mind freely, be safe from government barging into you house, grabbing up evidence of crimes, and using it to imprison you, and do you lose the right to defend yourself against a violent, armed attack?
