A great event was held at Crown Perth this morning, that I was lucky enough to attend. Senator Hanson was warmly received by the packed out Grand Ballroom.
The hope I have always spoken with is coming to fruition, it just took time. It took Pauline 30 years - nearly 1 year of which was wrongly spent in prison - to get this far. The deck is only stacked against us as much as we allow it to be.

BY-ELECTION MUSINGS AFTER ORANGE TSUNAMI CAUSES LANDSLIDE IN SECRET HARBOUR
As I was driving home from Secret Harbour today, heading north in stop-start traffic on a meagre two lanes of the Kwinana Freeway starting from the Karnup Road on-ramp, it wasn't lost on me why Secret Harbour voters booted Labor out of a seat that early betting markets had them at Winx odds to retain.
Similar to the promised but undelivered Karnup Train Station, when the Government ignores the infrastructure needs of an electorate for long enough, the voters will give it a kick up the backside via the ballot box.
My late Father used to say "democracy ends at the ballot box," as a reflection on how the uni-party always promises plenty in an election campaign, but delivers little when in power. It's a line I will continue to borrow from him.
The 39% primary vote for One Nation in a 16 candidate field is an incredible result, even taking into account the by-election dynamic of a Government MP departing mid-term.
The electorate of Secret Harbour was known as Warnbro at State Elections between 2008-2021, and it was previously named Peel from its creation in 1989, with alterations to the electoral boundary in that time.
To find a Liberal Party primary vote in Warnbro/Peel that compares to One Nation's 39%, you need to go back to the 2013 WA Election, when the Libs received 38.4%. However, only 3 candidates contested Warnbro on that occasion - Labor, Liberals, and the Greens.
For the next best Liberal Party vote, you need to go back to 1993, when it received 33.7% in Peel in a 4 candidate field (Labor, Libs, Greens, and Democrats).
In both results, there was no competing conservative party contesting Warnbro or Peel. Yesterday, One Nation was up against 15 other candidates, including a handful of conservative options. It drew 14th spot on the bulging ballot paper.
Even for a wannabe psephologist like me, who predicted One Nation to win the seat 52-48 on the 2PP, I didn't see such a landslide result coming One Nation's way. Not in a seat like this, that Labor has held since 1989.
But this is the political realignment that has occurred in Australia. The two-party system is dead across the country, and not just in a handful of unique electorates where an Independent is popular.
I have been waiting a long time for this moment. I know a lot of you have been too. Let's seize this opportunity, and take back Australia.
