Re: Hospitals - 1. It's NOT unusual for hospitals to be full at any time of year, but especially during flu season. They are, after all, a business that needs patients in beds to make money. 2. Hospital capacity is usually defined by the actual, physical number of beds they have, NOT available beds. Example: XYZ is a 500 bed hospital in Generic County. 3. They're playing word games and fear-mongering with all this talk of bed shortages. It's a crisis that they have created themselves by firing qualified personnel for not getting the jab; and by refusing, during the pandemic, to treat regular patients. THEY ARE PANICKING, BECAUSE THEIR OWN FEAR BASED MIND CONTROL IS BACK-FIRING ON THEM!

Iowa Is Defying Biden's OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Regardless of What SCOTUS Decides | Townhall

Iowa, one of 22 states with its own OSHA-approved plan that covers both private and government workers, submitted notice Friday that it will neither adopt nor enforce the vaccine mandate, which requires weekly testing and mask-wearing for all non-vaccinated employees.

THIS is how federalism is done! 

The Des Moines Register reported:

“Iowa Labor Commissioner Rod Roberts said in a news release that the state has determined its existing standards ‘are at least as effective as the federal standard change.’

Iowa is among 21 states that have an individual state plan for workplace safety, which gives the state the option of writing its own workplace rules for public and private sector workers. But those rules can’t be weaker than what the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration requires.

‘Iowa doesn’t have a standard requiring the COVID-19 vaccine or testing. But after closely reviewing the federal OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Iowa has determined it will not adopt the federal standard,’ Roberts said.”
