But her house is brightened by a different incandescence altogether. Not a mere lantern, its glow comes from peonies whose petals blush as if spring had molded each hue with its gentlest hands. And yet, even that celestial bloom is not the most radiant presence in her garden-like sanctuary. The truest glow gathers within her, a miracle whose soul illumines the rooms more tenderly than any constellation.

⠀⠀⠀⠀Once a year, on the 7th of December, she opens her floral-lacquered gates. Lanterns breathe to life under her warmth, and the path to her chamber softens into a festival glow. Thus begins the Peony Parade, a blooming assembly escorted by dusk-tinted butterflies, each one bedecked in iridescent hues.
