My invaluable associate, Michelle, shared a brilliant concept with me earlier this year. I find it to be a handy crucible.
She said, "You either pull freight, or you are freight."
Be resolved: In 2022 you will be someone who pulls freight. Someone who doesn't just watch from the sidelines. Someone who deploys their resources and talents and engages the redemption of our country.
And once engaged, we who are pulling freight do not have time to spare dithering with those who are not.
Besides, it is cool hanging with winners.
Call it a New Year's Resolution.

"Paradigm Shifts"
There's a pattern to these things. In his 1962 book, The Structure of Scientific Paradigms, Thomas Kuhn lays it out in detail. I've lived through the process more than once, and Kuhn is on the mark.
When you point out something that goes against the common narrative (a paradigm), the first response is, "That can't be right. Your data must be wrong."
But, you stick with the data.
Then, when your data are borne out the objection becomes, "Of course your data are correct, but your explanation is naive."
So you continue to stand with the data.
Then, as the data have their growing and compelling effect on the community, those who had previously been in opposition begin to say, "That's what we've been saying all along."
Uh, huh.
Stick with the data. Follow the data. And especially use their own data against them.
In the end, the one left standing is the person who stood by the data.
But it can be a rough ride, because politics is the tool that is used to during a paradigm shift to oppose the data.
You know we're winning when 60% of our citizens now acknowledge that the 2020 general election outcome was fraudulent.
Just keep showing them the data.

Seems hard to believe but this EDA channel started back in July with me building something in Excel to satisfy my own curiosity about registration rolls. I had NEVER looked at these data prior to that and I am not expert. However, clearly there is a need for an easy-to-use Excel based tool for the citizen data analyst that requires no more skills than copy, paste, and click. From 0 to 600+ registered EDA users collaborating on USEIP with respect to election integrity is humbling. More important than that is the need to “Return the Diamonds” in 2022. We need the authentic President back….NOW.

Texas Secretary of State’s Phase One Investigation of the 2020 Election Identifies Nearly 700K Ineligible Voter Registrations | Becker News and Liberty Overwatch
Phase one of the Texas Secretary of State’s review of the 2020 election in a sample of major counties shows that the status quo for the state’s elections simply cannot be allowed to continue:
• Statewide, a total of 11,737 potential non-U.S. citizens were identified as being registered to vote. Of these, 327 records were identified in Collin County, 1,385 in Dallas County, 3,063 in Harris County, and 708 in Tarrant County.
• Since November 2020, 224,585 deceased voters have been removed from the voter rolls in Texas. Collin County removed 4,889 deceased voters, Dallas County removed 14,926 deceased voters, Harris County removed 23,914 deceased voters, and Tarrant County removed 13,955 deceased voters.
• The review also revealed nearly half a million duplicate registration records: “Overall, the state review process resulted in the identification and removal of 449,362 duplicate voter registrations from the statewide voter registration list.”
Secretary of State John Scott has called his investigation the country’s “most comprehensive forensic audit of the 2020 election.” President Trump disagreed, criticizing the SOS’s probe as “a weak risk-limiting audit” in an October 1 statement.
In total, the SOS’s phase one review found approximately 685K ineligible voter registrations. What a coincidence. A July analysis by Captain Seth Keshel estimated there were 675K excess votes for Biden in Texas:

If you ask your Oklahoma election official for the list of everyone who voted in the 2020 General Election, the list they give you will be missing over 200,000 voters (lost votes).
That's 200,000 people (13%) who voted in the election, and they can't tell you who they were.
Federal law requires election officials to keep all records associated with the election for 22 months.
Clearly, Oklahoma is in severe violation of this law.

“Canvassing vs Audits”
People are only asking me which of these I prefer because they’ve been misinformed by people whose approaches have failed us and who have ulterior motives.
I am not against real election audits. But I have spoken to dozens of state legislators and election officials, and they all say the same things in response to the public cry for audits.
Essentially, they say they need evidence to proceed. All the yelling and demanding is getting us nowhere, sometimes even taking us further from our goals.
So, we do statistics and canvassing, because we can and because they are under our control. For now, it is the citizen audit that is working.
If you want a murder investigation to take place, you need to produce a dead body, or show suspicious evidence.
Which exposes the next huge mistake that people demanding audits make: handing over the audit process to legislators. Wait... you are going to let the people stealing your elections decide how to audit them? Not very smart.
Each state has its own election systems, its own laws, and its own politics. What works in one place does not necessarily work in all places.
In the end, we don’t need canvassing and/or audits. Those are merely means to the ends we seek:
1) Ultimately, We the People have the power. So first, we have to educate the public sufficiently so that they will wrest control of our elections from the establishment that is currently stealing them;
2) We need our elections back in the hands of the people, not election companies;
3) We need to decertify the 2020 election.
We already have mountains of evidence. What we are steadily building is an educated and motivated public capable of taking back control of the situation.
It is stupid to demand an audit, and then to give control of the audit to the establishment who want things to stay the way they are. Maricopa and Pennsylvania are two glaring examples of this failed approach. Did we acquire more evidence? Sure. But that is not the end we seek.
But some people benefit from the means to the goal, so they advocate for them at our expense.

Say you have a cancerous tumor that is killing you. You go to a surgeon, and he tells you that you need surgery.
He’s wrong. You don’t need surgery. You need the cancer removed from your body. Surgery is merely one possible means to a cure.
But the surgeon gets paid for performing surgery, so that’s what he recommends. To someone who gets paid for using a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
But surgery may not address the real issues... what is to stop another tumor from growing, or what if the cancer has already metastasized?
Don’t allow the means of a potential remedy to distract you from the ultimate objectives.
Our country has cancer. And it is bad. And it has already metastasized. Nothing short of a complete system overall will cure us.
Another word for this is... repentance.

The Underutilized Audit Tool: FOIA Requests
In a recent Telegram post, Brian Cates reminds us:
“Some people seem to think forensic audits are the only way to go to prove the election fraud. That's actually not true. As I wrote on my Substack, Delaware County, PA shows a much faster and cheaper way to expose the election fraud that doesn't involve getting permission from a governor, a state senate, or any politician whatsoever. It does not involve spending millions of dollars or assembling hundreds of volunteers.“

Jeff O’Donnell, who did an incredible job identifying and analyzing red flags in the Wisconsin voter file, has launched a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request campaign that is already beginning to see results. He’s urging more to join in:
“People... this is important. I asked you a while back to start FOIAing specific data from counties... We are now starting to see the fruits of our labor as I have been getting incredible data from numerous patriots... including a county in Cali that is validating some very important findings. Please please please if you havent done so, consider sending a FOIA or public records request to your county.
I can narrow down what you want to request:
‘I am requesting the full CVR (cast vote record) report for the November 2020 election in [name] county. This should include batch and tabulator information.’
ES&S has a standard report that does that. For Dominion you might want to ask for the standard per-batch results report as well.
Big things are happening, and I need your help to acquire the last few coffin nails.”
