I found Dr Shiva's presentation from the AZ hearing again! Go watch this again, given what we know now. He shows graphically the application of a UAF voter voting Democrat in highly Republican precincts to maintain our percentage control. This method works, as would flipping votes or discarding Rep votes.

Unless exposed, the new threshold for votes is about 80 million. To go down to the normal threshold of the low to mid 60s would raise the question of
"what happened in 2020?"

Also in the case of Texas:

Obama 08 = 3.6mm
Obama 12 = 3.3mm
Clinton 16 = 3.9mm
Biden 20 = 5.3mm

These reforms must take place, or the new thresholds will exist permanently.

Notice how in these two AR counties the Presidential race took a little haircut in 2016 and then a big haircut in 2020 compared to historical norms.

Here's one that usually goes democrat, but you see the same haircut for the Republican votes in 2016 and 2020.

Now here's a likely clean county! The red wave trend continued it's historical momentum as expected.
