关于SARS-2/Covid-19疫苗:
北朝鲜疫苗接种率几乎为零，虽历来封国也未能阻挡病毒入境大规模感染后的死亡案例微乎其微，接近于零。
不排除北朝鲜封锁信息和篡改数据的必然性，但综合判断病毒对没有疫苗防护的北朝鲜并没有造成重大死亡事件。相对比普遍接种疫苗还清零的中国和强制疫苗的西方各国，很有借鉴意义。
是病毒变种本身致命性极弱，还是疫苗本身有效性存疑？
