这个案子是关乎州权和联邦权的界定，而不是堕胎权力本身。几十年前的判案错误的引用宪法，以堕胎权是人权的理由，使得联邦权剥夺了州权。
最高法院最新的判决是把应属于州权的东西还给了各个州，由各个州自行制定关于堕胎的法律。这是捍卫美国宪法的胜利，符合美国的长远利益，也符合多数美国人的意愿。

2，是否支持怀孕一定周数（比如8周，16周，24周，40周，等）后的堕胎？
3，是否支持维护美国宪法？
