The day the Illinois habeas motion was denied, Kyle was immediately transferred to the adult jail in Wisconsin where he became eligible for release upon payment of the $2M cash bail. Pierce had told us that he would appeal a denial of the habeas but he did not do so. #FightBack them focused on raising the additional money necessary to raise the $2M bail. We were successful after the loan from Ricky Schroeder by the end of November 2020.

Then #FightBack was told by Pierce to cease all efforts for Kyle.

#FightBack subsequently learned that John Pierce instructed the Clerk of Court that when the bail was eventually returned, the $2M should be returned to him personally at his home address.

When #FightBack made its final fee donation to Pierce, we were careful to have him release any claim to the bail funds as under law, the funds must be eventually returned to #FightBack.

I have subsequently learned that there is a dispute between John Pierce and the Rittenhouse family for an accounting from him for $60K-$80K of money a third party paid into Pierce’s trust account to be used solely for living expenses for Kyle and Wendy.

#FightBack was not involved in that transaction as the foundation was trying to help Kyle by raising money for his defense costs and bail and never agreed to raise money for personal living expenses.

I subsequently learned that David Hancock was living with Wendy Rittenhouse and had formed a donation site under the name of FreeKyleUSA.

I thereafter learned that David Hancock had his Trident pulled as a Navy SEAL because he had formed a fake donation site for families of deceased SEALS and had stolen the money. His SEAL chief described Hancock as a “fraud, a con man and a thief.” Hancock was also charged with government credit card fraud.

Hancock claimed a Valium addiction and was able to obtain a medical discharge but only as a Petty officer as his SEAL Trident had been pulled.

Brian Cates has now shown himself to be an enemy to TRUE Patriots, by slandering Lin Wood, Sidney Powell et al

Interesting that he writes for The Epoch Times, and UncoverDC, seems they really need to vet people more…

I initially formed #FightBack with John Pierce and Lawson Pedigo after they asked me to help represent Carter Page in a defamation case.

When I agreed to have #FightBack help find Kyle a criminal lawyer and make donations for his reasonable legal costs, John informed us that he was experienced in the criminal defense arena and would love to represent Kyle. He was retained as the criminal defense lawyer by Wendy Rittenhouse and #FightBack required Pierce to sever all ties with the foundation to avoid even an appearance of a conflict of interest. He agreed to immediately do so and did.

Simple truths are simple truth.

Simple truth: “No good deed goes unpunished.”

Over the past year and a half, I have learned this lesson on more than one occasion!

But my faith keeps me focused on trying to help others, even strangers. I now pray for greater discernment and I exercise it.

We do not battle flesh and blood. Life on Earth is a spiritual battle between good and evil, i.e., God versus the devil.

That is why my primary weapon in battle is TRUTH.

Therefore, I will not duplicate Lin's efforts. Brian is ill-informed on so much, however, that I feel compelled to dedicate some time tomorrow on exactly what he is mistaken about.

Gettr has a ton of bugs, there are rumors that antifa hackers are already getting into the systems, and strangely they chose to integrate Google intimately into the platform.

I dont think Gettr is ready for a July4 launch and i cant recommend using it at this time.

This could all change quickly if they address community issues and fix these things. Will give it another look in a week or so and see where things are.

They still haven’t replied to my email (that they confirmed as received). I offered to send them bug reports and a list of pitfalls to fix.

We are going to have a hard time getting places with more friendly fire going around than fire directed down range at the enemy.

Procedural mistakes and the inclusion of witnesses who are less than desirable happen when you have very little time (in some cases, a week to file after official certification of results) to get in front of courts. There were literally thousands of affidavits brought forward, and thousands of pages of text to review and straighten out, with people working 20 hour days.

This is one of the reasons the election fraud was committed in such vast proportion. It is very hard to win election fraud cases in court. They figured they would be found out, too - but plan to use the media to block downfield and ignore the rage of the public.

Use your large platforms for good, if you have them. Stop tearing down other people if you don’t know the full story, and haven’t reached out to them directly.

I am certainly not blind to the enthusiasm for DJT in California. This was my view from the San Diego boat parade in September. Folks lined the route up and down on land. Almost no counter protesters.

Your beliefs and views are indeed meant to influence the spirit of American government. We don’t force it on people but our nation is special because of the very belief that because we are created beings, we have dignity, and with dignity come the unalienable rights we hold dear.

How do you deal with Egos in this scenario? Well, I prayed on it last night and a simple obvious answer flowed into my mind.

The 3 or 4 of us (I'm already working with Edward daily) agree to give all credit for our work to God who is using us as instruments to restore Liberty and Justice for All.

If we work with this attitude and check pride and boasting at the door, I do believe Even More Exceptionally Great results will occur.

Acknowledgement by another team member of how God is working through one of the team members would do wonders.

And on the right of the photo, my brother, Chief Warrant Officer 5 Dave Keshel, who retired after 31 years of service (yes, many years between us).

These two were a legendary Apache team highly decorated for actions during the first days of the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Thankful for all of the great lessons from them both.
