DePerno Issues Legal Opinion Re State Legislature’s Authority to Recall Electors

The following is a legal opinion submitted to AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers by attorney Matt DePerno in response to her question: “Can a State Legislature recall the state electors to decertify a national election upon proof of fraud in the election?”

DePerno concludes that “The Answer is ‘Yes.’ […] A legislature’s determination to decertify the votes cast by the electors on demonstration of fraud in the election itself is nothing more than the Legislature’s use of its reserved sovereign powers under the Tenth Amendment to protect those fundamental rights and privileges reserved to the People by the Ninth Amendment.”

We are not going to be quiet anymore about how our admins and group have been used and treated. We do not care who has more followers. This is enough and it’s literally ripping apart all of the work WE THE PEOPLE have done for months!

Infiltration VS Infighting

This is a concept that our movement has got to learn.

Infiltration is when people that are not on our side of justice try to hijack our movement. They disguise themselves as truth tellers and speak in biblical terms often because that’s what conservatives respond to.

Infighting is letting infiltrators cause us to fight amongst ourselves.

Infiltrators cause mass chaos and then refer to it as infighting. They want you to think that YOU are the issue, not them.

If you have not, please study psychological warfare. If you think that there are not infiltrators trying to hijack every part of the conservative movements, not just audits, then you’re wrong.

Watch for smooth talking, playing victim, projection, money, self praise for deeds, and theatre. They usually travel in packs and echo the same things.

Time to wake up! The Enemy is right next to you.

From the beginning we have had an order of operations.

We have 4 work groups in each state.

Research, Documents, FOIA, and Communications.

Research- complies spreadsheets and looks for anomalies. Researches politicians or anything else needed.

Documents- people with skills at finding the goods in 100 pages of docs or people with legal expertise go here. They break down the FOIA request.

FOIA- this group files FOIA request for counties. We use the people to send them to multiple counties at once.

Communications- this groups is calling and emailing the legislatures.

All of our groups work together. If you don’t see something in our main chat, it’s because the work goes on in the groups. Our main chat is just for news.

Our state chats is where we break into groups and get to work.
