VoterGA Files Suit to Ban Illegal Dominion Voting System in GA 

Voting System Already Declared in Violation of Georgia Law  

ATLANTA, August 24, 2021 – VoterGA today announced [it is] joining with State Rep. Philip Singleton in a legal petition to ban Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system. The voting system has already been declared in violation of Georgia law by the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia [Pg. 81-82]. 

Georgia law requires a voting system to “print an elector verifiable paper ballot;” and “…produce paper ballots which are marked with the elector’s choices in a format readable by the elector.” After reviewing extensive evidence in the Curling V. Raffensperger case, Judge Amy Totenberg concluded: “Plaintiffs and other voters who wish to vote in-person are required to vote on a system that does none of those things.” [O.C.G.A. § 21-2-2(7.1); O.C.G.A. § 21-2-300(a)(2)]   

Petition Seeks Temporary and Permanent Injunctions
The petition seeks temporary and permanent injunctions against the state’s use of the new voting system on grounds that its unverifiability to the voter makes it illegal. The Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system uses a touchscreen Ballot Marking Device (BMD) to print voter selections with a QR code on a sheet of paper. The scanners ignore the printed voter selections and read the QR code to determine candidates selected and to tabulate election results. The QR code is not human readable, even with a QR code reader and is thus illegal under Georgia law.

Attorney Todd Harding of Maddox and Harding filed the petition in Fulton County Superior Court. Harding is also representing VoterGA petitioners in the Fulton County Ballot Inspection lawsuit. Details of both cases can be found on the VoterGA.org. Legal tab.

Petition Highlights  
The petition contends that recommendations provided by VoterGA to the Secure, Accurate, Fair Election Commission (SAFE) warned that any new system must tabulate human readable vote marks that can be verified by the voter. It also contends that VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito and Madison Forum President Michael Opitz warned Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger about the unverifiability of QR coded voting systems like the Democracy Suite when he was a runoff candidate in 2018. Raffensperger did not heed the warnings and purchased the new Dominion system for over $100 million in 2019.

It’s a joke. Don’t attack me.

Let’s take a minute and simplify the approach to full forensic audits in each state of the 2020 election.

You do not need to demand a state-wide audit! Look at the data prepared by Seth Keshel and target one or two counties most likely to expose the fraud. Focus on audits in those counties.

If you find cheating in those counties, you have established an illegal election.

And if they cheated in one or two counties, you can assume it was widespread. But one county is enough to void the election based on fraud.

And if they cheated in one state, you can assume they cheated in ALL states.

Narrow the focus of the audit demands. Takes away the arguments regarding cost and the length of time to complete the audit.

Be strategic. Follow the Keshel and Maricopa County Model.

Any state legislator who does not support a forensic audit in one or two counties of a state is a traitor to We The People. Governors too.

Call them out. Let them hear your voices. Remind them that We The People are THE government, not them.

Get busy!!!

America produced George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. The reason I encourage everyone to find their calling, and most importantly, their courage, is because I believe we will have another Washington and Jefferson rise one day. We will once again have legendary historical figures who will be remembered in history.

But they must come from people who stand up.

Infiltration VS Infighting

This is a concept that our movement has got to learn.

Infiltration is when people that are not on our side of justice try to hijack our movement. They disguise themselves as truth tellers and speak in biblical terms often because that’s what conservatives respond to.

Infighting is letting infiltrators cause us to fight amongst ourselves.

Infiltrators cause mass chaos and then refer to it as infighting. They want you to think that YOU are the issue, not them.

If you have not, please study psychological warfare. If you think that there are not infiltrators trying to hijack every part of the conservative movements, not just audits, then you’re wrong.

Watch for smooth talking, playing victim, projection, money, self praise for deeds, and theatre. They usually travel in packs and echo the same things.

Time to wake up! The Enemy is right next to you.
