Having spoken recently with Steve Toth, the rep from Texas who authored the bill for the forensic audits in our top 13 population counties - let me assure you, he is sincere in his desire to see that bill through.
Keep the heat on the Republicans who are undecided or against, and support Toth. Friendly fire is not something needed in this case - he is on the job.

The AZ audit report is on track to be completed by the end of the month!
I’m told, there are things we simply cannot determine without those splunk logs (which are being withheld by the MCBOS),
“Splunk logs should tell us all log data, even the data that was rolled over. With net flows we also know about all communications”
However, whether or not we gain access to the splunk logs doesn’t seem to determine whether or not the paper analysis and forensics report will be completed and released! “I expect the report to be public by the end of the month; but that is the Senate’s call.”
The senate will be the ones who ultimately decide WHEN the findings are made available to the public!
“All of this is subject to change based on cooperation and court filings”

-The Department of Homeland Security has once again released a bulletin warning of an ‘increasing but modest’ threat of violence related to an online ‘conspiracy theory’ that Trump will be reinstated.
The DHS also conceded there is no specific evidence of a credible plot.
-“As public visibility of the narratives increases, we are concerned about more calls to violence. Reporting indicates that the timing for these activities may occur during August 2021, although we lack information on specific plots or planned actions,” the bulletin sent to state and local partners reads.
