Dominion & Maricopa County both decided to neglect the senate subpoenas with their typical talking points
Dominion implies the law doesn't apply to them but forget that they are a state actor and can be investigated as such.
The state can't make it's own voting machines so it vendors them from Dominion. When they sign the country, they are just as liable as the state.
And of course the board of supervisors are back with their typical talking points

Maricopa County Releases Mocking Response to AZ Senate Subpoena
The Maricopa County Supervisors issued a sneering rejoinder to the AZ Senate’s third subpoena, calling the audit an “adventure in never never land.”
In a characteristically juvenile tweet, the County summarized “key points to AZ Senate:
• Routers: No means no.
• Passwords: Why demand passwords we don’t have for tabulators you’ve already returned?🤔
• Images: Can’t find what we provided in April? Check Ballot Pallet 46 or subfolder AFFIDAVITS on Lacie hard drive. Or the lab in Montana.”
The response also includes a letter from the attorney for Maricopa County reiterating that the County will NOT offer access to routers, Splunk logs, or passwords. The attorney downplays the data breach, calling it an “incident,” claims that the County is willing to resend the envelope images, and refers the Senate to the County Recorder for the voter records.
In a separate statement, Chairman Sellers added: “For months, the Senate’s audit team has had access to the items they need to confirm Maricopa County’s tabulators were not connected to the internet and thus were not hacked during the November General Election. The certified auditors hired by the County needed just two weeks with the machines and logs that we turned over to the Senate to make such a determination. They have what they need.
…The Senate and their privately funded contractors should finish their “audit”, release their report and be prepared to defend it in court.”

Brave AZ Senators Wendy, Kelly and Borrelli Are Ready to "ACTIVATE" and "RELEASE THE KRAKEN" after Maricopa Officials Defy Subpoena…
Maricopa County and Dominion have again violated Arizona Senate subpoenas for routers, passwords, and all other necessary materials to complete a full forensic audit.

It seems apparent to me (maybe I'm just deluded) but Karen Fann wouldn't put out new subpoenas knowing they'd be ignored without atleast having a backup plan.
AG Mark Brnovich is tweeting a lot about elections lately and Sonny Borelli and Karen Fann are interacting a lot. It might be a huge guess but one can only think they are planning a move.
Brnovich has already defended the senate's audit authority against the DOJ & Katie Hobbs, he's CLEARLY NOT against the audit 😂
It's about strategy so I'm curious how they approach this.
Many people have written him off because he certified the election... that was in December, where we didn't know 1/10th of what we know now. He's learned just as much as we have and I think because his political career is on the line (running for senate) he really has no choice but to join #TeamAudit
