I want to thank Members of the Texas Legislature for striving to ensure elections are both fair and accessible for all Texans.
HB 241 is stalled in the House due to the fact that Democrats have fled Texas for DC to raise campaign donations.
The Senate has no ability to hear a bill that is stalled in the House. Countless bills that benefit all Texans are being held hostage by Democrats who refuse to show up for work.
