First of all we would like to apologise the inconvenience caused by our actions, we checked the notification, studied the points and the listings the notification mentioned carefully.

I understand that recently our performance as a seller on Amazon.co.uk has fallen below both Amazon's and our own standards of quality.

1. We have understood the reasons Amazon sent us this notification and now figured out what we did wrong.
2. We had some old listings in the Inventory that was duplicated. We'd set it to zero. The problem is one of our employees set the item to live instead of using the existing ASIN on Amazon.
3. We also researched the related Amazon rules and Amazon help in seller central. We knew the mistakes and found two duplicates that where we had duplicated the ASINs.

What action we have taken? We are taking the following steps to improve our listings:

1. Immediately deleted the ASIN mentioned in the notification ASIN: ✌& 🙈which created this issue.
2. The staff have spent 2 days checking and cleaning up our ALL products listings to check for anymore duplicates.
3. We have deleted all the listings which were duplicated/unused and not just deactivated them.
4. Reviewing various software that can help us remove duplicate listings.
5. We have read and ready to comply with Amazon Terms and conditions, specifically “ASIN Creation Policy”. We have read and understood all the terms and conditions regarding my rights to create new ASINs with variation.
6. All the staff are all aware that creating a duplicate ASIN (that is, creating a new ASIN for a product that already exists in the catalogue) is prohibited and can result in your ASIN creation or selling privileges being temporarily suspended or permanently removed.

Future Plan

If we create variation listings in the future we will apply the following :

1. Make sure all employees understand Amazon’s rules and policys on regarding listings.

2. At no event should we list ANY duplicate listings. If you have doubts then they must ask me the Manager.

3. No one is allowed to add ANY listings unless it has been approved by the supervisor or manager. A list of products will be sent for review first. Once approved they are then allowed to list but NOT set it to live. Only supervisors and mangers are allowed to set these items live after they have checked for dupliates.

4. Before any existing products are set to live first all listers must get permission from the supervisor/manager. In case there is an listing that is duplicate.

5. We have all understood that to sell a product that is available in the Amazon catalogue, we need to match it to the existing ASIN. However, if my product is not in the Amazon catalogue, we will have to create a new ASIN. All listers will research and make sure product do not exist in Amazon’s Catalog before we create the ASIN.

6. If superviser/mangee are unsure about a listings we will ask seller central team and will do the listing very carefully.support and ask before setting it to live.

7. If new staff are hired they will trained and must read our policys on Amazon and listings.

8. If there are currently any duplciates in our listing please let us know.

Теперь у покупателей на Amazon будет возможность не только делать возврат и получать назад свои деньги, но и делать замену товара. Эта опция будет бесплатная для покупателей. И если вы увидите в отчётах, что товар заказали и там стоит $0 - это значит, что покупатель запросил замену товара. Конечно он должен будет вернуть предыдущий до 30 дней, иначе с него спишут сумму за две единицы, и вы получите возврат денег за вторую. Интересно, за чей счёт проводиться доставка замены?
