This Jagannath temple is not only unique in its architecture but also works for the Meteorological Department due to its uniqueness, in the Behta old village of Bhatargaon block, fifty kilometers away from Kanpur.
but its weather prediction surprises everyone. The design of the temple is something that drops start leaking on its inner walls about fifteen days before the season arrives. Locals take a guess on how the weather is going to be this year by the size of the drops. The drops that are dripping in this temple this year are small, which means the weather rain will be weak this year. The surprise is another one. As soon as the rain starts, the dripping drops from the temple disappear.
