The temple is known as Sri Kodanda Ram Mandir and is located in Golla Mami Dada village, hence it is known as Gulmalamidada Ram Mandir.
Kodanda Ram Mandir is a popular temple in South India. This temple is popular throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh. There are huge gopurams in this temple. The East Gopuram is 170 feet high, the West Gopuram is 200 feet high. The temple is situated in an area of 16 acres.

The temple was constructed in 1889 by Dwaraampudi Subbi Reddy and Rama Reddy. The temple has idols of Lord Rama, Goddess Sita and Lakshmana. The Gopuram looks like it is touching the sky from the 9th floor.. Every floor of the Gopuram has sculptures from the Ramayana sculpted
