Mother Chandika place. Munger
(A Shaktipeeth where worship goes away with eye disorder). Maa Chandika place is one of the 52 Shaktipeeths of India about four kilometers away from Munger district headquarters of Bihar. It is admitted that Sati (Mother Parvati)'s left eye fell here. It is said that the eyes pain of the worshippers here goes away. This temple is located on the bank of the Holy Ganga and is a crematorium in the east and west. This is why 'Chandika place' is also known as 'Crematorium Chandi'. During Navratri, Sadhak from many different places also gather here for Siddhi. Special pooja is organized on the day of Ashtami of Navratri at Chandika place. Large number of devotees arrive here this day. Admitted that Mata Sati's left eye fell at this spot. Here people suffering from incurable eye disease come to worship and take kajal from here. It is a belief that the mascara here cures eye diseases. The chief priest of Chandika place Nandan Baba tells that there is a crowd of devotees of mother from different areas of the country throughout the year, but the importance of worship of mother Chandika increases during Navratri. He says, "Chandika place is a famous Shaktipeeth. During Navratri, the worship of the mother starts from 3 am. Decoration is worshiped in the evening. Special puja is held here on the day of Ashtami. On this day mother's grand makeup is done. Mother fulfills all the wishes of the people coming here. "It is recognized that when Lord Shiva was visiting the burning body of Sati, daughter of King Daksh, Sati, then Sati's left eye fell here. This is why it is considered one of 52 Shaktipiths. On the other hand, this temple is also seen linking to the Mahabharata period. According to Janashruti, Organ Raj Karna was a devotee of Maa Chandika and worshiped her life daily in a boiling oil pan in front of Maa Chandika, by which the mother was pleased to make King Karna alive and a quarter heart gold daily Karna. She used to give. Karna used to distribute that gold to the Karna crossroads of Munger. When Ujjain's king Vikramaditya got information about this, he also reached the organ in a pseudo disguise. He saw that Maharaja Karna jump into the boiling oil pan located in Chandika place by bathing the Ganga in Brahma Muhurta and then the mother sprinkles nectar on her bone-cage revives them and gives them gold as a reward. King Vikramaditya reached there before King Karna one day. After jumping in the kadah, mother brought them alive. They ended their body by jumping in the pan three times in a row and mother brought them alive. 4th time mom stopped her and asked her to ask for groom. On this, King Vikramaditya demanded golden bag and Amrit Kalash from mother. After the mother gave both things, she overturned the arm kept there and sat inside it. It is admitted that Mother Raja Karna could not be able to revive due to the absence of Amrit Kalash. Since this, the string has been upside down and there is worship of the mother. Even today in this temple, before worship people take the name of Vikramaditya and then Chandika Maa. Maa's huge temple premises have temples of Kaal Bhairav, Shiv family and many other goddesses where devotees worship.

Guruvayur Temple 🙏🙏
🛕 Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple.

The Guruvayur temple, also known as “Bhooloka Vaikunta”, believed to be at least 5,000 years old and the main deity is believed to have been installed by Brihaspati and Vayu. The temple was built by Vishwakarma the divine architect. Guruvayur houses the famous Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple, the fourth biggest temple in India in terms of the number of devotees per day.
Many factors contribute to the popularity of India’s major temples. Sri Rangam, situated on the Kaveri River, is popular because of its antiquity. Badarinätha, high in the Himalayas, is famous for its geographical location. Konark, the sun temple in Orissa, is known for its unique architecture, and Venkateswara, in the South Indian hill town of Tirumala, owes much of its fame to the Deity’s reputation for fulfilling the requests of His worshipers. All these factors combine at Guruvayur, in the South Indian state of Kerala. Guruvayur is one of the most enchanting and glorious temples in all of India.
Guruvayur is a holy city, where people come to make spiritual advancement. In an atmosphere of devotion to Krishna, visitors immediately feel they have risen above this earthly world to the divine. Appropriately, Guruvayur is known as BhulokaVaikuntha: “where heaven meets earth.”
A visit to Guruvayur, though common to devotees in India, is something very few Westerners have experienced. To witness the thousands of devoted pilgrims who come to worship Krishna every day is astounding. The faith of the pilgrims who visit Guruvayur is expressed in their earnest and sincere faces as they enter the temple. While sitting in the large open-air corridor outside the Deity’s chamber, pilgrims hear priests tell about the many miracles performed at Guruvayur. With palms joined in awe and reverence, the devotees pray that they too might receive the blessings of Lord Krishna.
