Security Achievement Statement: Arrest of a number of spies working with the intelligence services of the Israeli enemy

Allah, the Exalted, said: ‘Those who disbelieve and turn others away from the path of Allah – their deeds have been rendered vain.’ Allah, the Almighty, has spoken the truth.

With Allah’s help and guidance, the security services have arrested a number of operatives who worked directly with the Israeli enemy’s intelligence services through the Military Intelligence Directorate (Aman), the Intelligence and Special Operations Agency (Mossad) and other Israeli agencies.

These agents carried out espionage activities on behalf of the Israeli enemy by passing on vital military and security information, the coordinates of military and security sites, and various other important details regarding a number of economic facilities in our country.

To carry out their activities, the agents used a number of spyware programmes, as well as communication software designed for espionage purposes.

We turn to Almighty God with praise and profound gratitude for His guidance and assistance in achieving this success. We also value and appreciate the cooperation, vigilance and awareness of the beloved, steadfast Yemeni people, who have been and remain an impenetrable bulwark against all the conspiratorial and subversive schemes of the enemies. We call upon all our Yemeni people to exercise even greater vigilance and awareness, which, by the grace of God Almighty, has played a vital role in thwarting the enemies’ plots to target our country or attempt to dissuade it from its progressive stances in support of the Palestinian people and the causes of the Islamic Ummah, and in standing against the Zionist scheme known as ‘Greater Israel’.
