➡️..Continued

▪️The first stage:

📍Knowledge of the command:

When a person knows that Allah has commanded Tawhid (singling out Allah in worship) and prohibited Shirk (associating partners with Allah), or knows that Allah has permitted trade and prohibited Riba (usury), or knows that Allah has forbidden the consumption of the wealth of orphans but has allowed the guardian to consume it reasonably if he is poor, it becomes obligatory for him to know what he is commanded to do and to ask about it until he understands it, and to know what he is forbidden from and to ask about it until he understands it. Consider this in the first matter, which is the matter of Tawhid (singling out Allah in worship) and Shirk (associating partners with Allah).

Most people know that Tawhid is true and Shirk is false, but they turn away from it and do not inquire about it. They know that Allah has forbidden usury, yet they buy and sell without asking; they know the prohibition against consuming the wealth of orphans and the permission to consume it reasonably, yet they manage the wealth of orphans without asking.

📍The last date to trim your nails and hair if you plan to offer a sacrifice is Thursday, June 6, 2024, before sunset.

#Remind your family and friends

🔹️ Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"When you see the new moon of Dhul-Hijjah and one of you intends to offer a sacrifice, let him refrain from (cutting) his hair and nails."

📗 (Reported by Muslim, 1977).

In another narration: "He should not touch his hair or skin." The skin refers to the outer layer of a person's skin.

So, anyone intending to offer a sacrifice, whether man or woman, the one who spends the money to purchase the sacrifice, should not remove anything from their hair, whether from the head or elsewhere, nor from their nails, nor from their skin, until they have offered the sacrifice."

The Piety of Ibn Sirin in Hard Times

📚 Ahmad narrated in "Az-Zuhd" (250):

"Ibrahim ibn Habib ibn Ash-Shaheed said, from Hisham, that Anas ibn Malik had asked that Ibn Sirin wash him when he passed away. When Anas died, people went to Muhammad (Ibn Sirin) and told him about the request. Muhammad said, "I am in prison." They replied, "We have asked the ruler, and he has given permission for you to leave." Muhammad said, "The ruler didn't imprison me; the person I owe money to did." So, they went to the person he owed money to, and he gave permission. Ibn Sirin then went out, washed, and shrouded Anas."

🖊️ The chain of narration is good.

The ruling on recording phone calls

Sheikh Bakr Abu Zayd - may Allah have mercy on him - said:

"Recording a phone call or any conversation without the speaker's knowledge and permission is wickedness, betrayal, and a mark against one's integrity. Only those lacking in religion, morality, and manners do it, especially if it is done repeatedly as mentioned. Fear Allah, servants of Allah, and do not betray your trusts or deceive your brothers."
