What I’ve learned over the years is pretty simple:

let your winners ride.

Most people mess this up. It’s not about winning every trade, it’s about how much you make when you’re right.

Example:

You bought $BULL at $1.3M with $1,000.
At $2.6M you take initials out → you’ve got $1,000 left riding.

Price goes to $9M.

That turns into about $3.46k.

Nice.

But if you just did nothing:

That same $1,000 would be ~$7k

You basically cut your upside in half.

And the part people don’t think about:

Every time you take initials out, you now need to find another good trade…

That’s way harder than just holding a strong one.

Most money is made by just sitting on the right play.

Also, Urbanization + processed foods + stress = perfect storm for heart attacks, strokes, and failure.


A personal fix for this could be through eating better and organic meals and cutting down on sugar or overly processed foods, move and exercise more, sleeping well (hard for most crypto bros, but best to try to plan it well as it's very important).
