Yesterday Bitcoin hit out target resistance zone ✅ and was rejected from there. That starts to remind me of November 2018 when after a long stay above 6k BTC dumped to 3k. Bitcoin ain't growing and if something ain't moving one way, other way comes. Pivot at 9820 now act as resistance. If breakout, should pump higher then yesterday. If dump, nearest support at 9370-9444.

BTC dipped through two "green" support zones. So far 9kk support pushed it back up, but it is still early to judge. What is for sure, is that shorting here is highly risky.
📉 First zone for shorts is between 9444 and 9530. Second to catch pumping wicks is below 9755 resistance.

Do you place your stop losses in valid places or do you just place them anywhere?
Here are 3 valid reasonings to position your stop loss in the right place.
1. If trading inside 2 zones, it makes sense to place your stop loss outside of the zone. For eg: if we place a buy at the support (bottom) zone, we would place our stop loss underneath the zone.
2. If trading the breakout strategy, it would make sense to place your stop loss underneath or above the zone that the price has just broken above/below. For eg: If the price breaks above resistance (upper) zone and retests it, we would place our stop loss underneath the newly made support zone.
3. If trading using trend lines, and you’re trading with the trend, it makes sense to place your stop loss underneath the trend line. This ones simple - if the price breaks below the trend line, the price has changed trend.
Remember to always place your stop loss in valid places and make sure your stop loss is significantly smaller than your take profit.

Top down analysis, I’m pretty sure you have heard of it, but what does it actually mean?
Top down analysis is when you analyse your trading pairs starting from the highest timeframe (monthly) and work your way down to the lowest that you trade on (most likely 1H-15M)
Do you utilise top down analysis?
We do, and the reason for this is because it gives you a greater idea of what is going on in the market.
You could be trading on the 1H chart and think the price is trending upwards when in actual fact it’s just retracing a huge downtrending market on the weekly or daily chart!
Make sure you know what is going on in the whole market, NOT just a few hours.
