The Cosmic Brotherhood Association (CBA) stated that they contacted aliens and that the world was going to have a pole shift that was going devastate life on Earth. But there was no date from the aliens. (or initially no date) But, forces in the CBA pushed for a date based on a book in the US by the Stanford Brothers (The Earth's Axis Will Tilt). The date was 1960. The CBA said 1962. The axis did not tilt in 1960 or 1962 and the UFO society was labeled a 'Death Cult' in Japan.
