If the human race is built upon lies to the populace, there is no respect for its people/citizens. Governments that treat its citizens like expendable tools is a society destined to the ashes of time like many before. The harassment, intimidation and even murdering of individuals involved in ET disclosure should stop. This would be one sign of advancement. The guise of National Security is mostly used to enrich those in power, nothing more. And war is the most profitable swindle to the taxpayers.
