FBI Secretly Tasked to Investigate MJ-12 Document?

Non Human Intelligence Study (2018)

This is a rare to find and relatively recent (2018) research paper on Non-Human-Intelligences (NHIs) interacting with humanity. Adding in my own research on the matter it’s clear to me we are dealing with a phenomenon of intelligence that is what we would define as highly scientific/technological that is capable of manipulating space/time and matter in ways we don’t yet fully understand.
