We remove high-frequency noise with a Butterworth low-pass filter. The filter has R = 68kΩ
and C = 0.1μF, resulting in a cut-off frequency fc = 1/(2πRC) = 23.4Hz. Any component of the
signal with frequency higher than 23Hz will be eliminated from the output

musically speaking, in the bass registers (where 23.4 Hz can cover a whole OCTAVE)
23.4 Hz An electron moves perpendicular to an electric field with a maşnitude of 10-4 v/m. If the speed of the electron is 2 mm/s............
there is an interaction directly with the matter.....with the movement of the electrons
