I tested about ten makes / models:

Iphone, Samsung, son bloccati are blocked, do not allow to discover the MAC addresses of the vaccinated. According to various information about Theeb I haven't been able to do this test yet …

After almost giving up, I find one red:
Settings - > Bluetooth - > additional settings - > enable: Show unnamed devices

Go back and launch the Bluetooth scan, scroll through the list of other devices and here are the MAC addresses of the vaccinated if they are nearby... as a reminder, bluetooth picks up in a radius of 10/30 meters maximum (depending on the obstacles).

Just go to a field where there is no bluetooth signal, and have the vaccinated come towards you and restart the search, a mac address of the type appears: 4D: 9E: 45: FE: A3: BD
