The Bible does not mention rhesus negative blood. But there is good evidence that rhesus negative blood is linked to the biblical Israelites. Rh-negative people lack a molecular complex (about 10,000 per platelet) on their approximately 25-30 billion red blood cells that is present in Rh-positive people and regulates the acidity of the blood and body cells. This results in rhesus-negative people having higher acidity levels in their cells. Higher acidity leads to higher sensitivity to electrical and electromagnetic signals. This would be expected for priests as well, since they should be open to a divine connection.
In addition, the Israelites were strictly forbidden to mix with people from other nations - clearly documented in several places in the Bible.
This view, of course, presupposes first of all that one does not consider the Bible to be a book of fairy tales, but recognizes and acknowledges it as a factual account of God's ways with Israel. Most people I know who relegate the Bible to the realm of fairy tales have never read it.
On the other hand, a deeper study of the statistically relevant quantities concerning the geographical distribution of Rh-neg. as well as the molecular-genetic and molecular-biological peculiarities of Rh-neg. is a basic prerequisite. Otherwise, one automatically ends up with speculations of all kinds. But this would not really help in the search for real answers to questions about the origin, meaning and task of the two different types of rhesus (positive or negative).

EDIT: It was brought to my attention these numbers were from 2020 not 2021-2022 as I was told.

I look forward to seeing latest numbers post pandemic. I am curious if the fact that Rh- have a higher survival rate will bring up numbers or if any of the covid vaccines changes blood types. It will be interesting to see newer statistics.
