Kotak Error
Many users of KOTAK are facing issues "Your broker is not responding and not updating your order status".
This happens when the broker does not respond to our requests for 3 mins.
This usually happens when the broker API is down. We are in touch with the broker but it seems like the issue has been resolved from their end.

Users are facing errors "Code 16419 or adapter issue". This issue is realted to the broker's connectivity to the exchange. We are in touch with the broker regarding this.
You can do the following:
1. resume strategy to see if it works
2. Switch to manual and manage the positions from broker terminal
3. Strategy in "Running Status" - Leave them as is

Some users strategies are in running state or have been resumed BUT their Stop loss orders are no longer pending in the orderbook.
PLEASE DO NOT WORRY!
You do not need to do anything. Your Stop Loss will be taken via market order when the price comes. You do not need to do anything from your end.
Just make sure the strategy is in "RUNNING" State!
Some users strategies are in running state or have been resumed BUT their Stop loss orders are no longer pending in the orderbook.
