Some Upstox users are facing errors : Invalid Access Token Error

This error is from the broker's end.

We are in touch with broker regarding this and they are looking into this issue.

Steps to solve the issue:

1. Re-login to Upstox
2. Resume strategy that went into error.

Razorpay Payment Issue

Some users are facing issues while making payments.

Their payments are going into pending state and then cancelled.

Do not worry. ALL your payments shall be refunded by Razorpay within 2-3 business days.

BSE DOWN

There are some issues with orders on BSE which is why your strategies are going into error. The issue has snce been resolved by the exchange. I would request to everyone to manage their positions manually which have gone into error.

Kotak Error

Many users of KOTAK are facing issues "Your broker is not responding and not updating your order status".

This happens when the broker does not respond to our requests for 3 mins.

This usually happens when the broker API is down. We are in touch with the broker but it seems like the issue has been resolved from their end.

BSE Issue

The issue from the exchange seems to be resolved.
