Hi everyone, we have updated our SLL/Limit order functionality.
If you select "Limit" in the execution settings for Entry/Exit order type:
- Now all orders including orders based on target, underlying and time exit will be executed via limit orders.
- We have a new functionality of “Convert to Market After”. The possible values are 1 sec - 20 secs.
- If the limit order skips we will periodically modify the open limit order based on the current LTP + Limit buffer until the order is fulfilled or Converted to Market.

IMPORTANT
As a result of these changes you will have to setup your EXECUTION SETTINGS again to trade on MONDAY.

General Info!
It is preferred that you enter and exit HEDGES via MKT order. Using limit order with buffer in points can lead to triggering of the LPP condition or DPR (Daily price range/circuit limit) for your instrument. If you would like to use LIMIT orders for your hedges please use buffer type as %.

Hi everyone we are noticing errors (broker Unresponsive) on a daily basis on FINVASIA. We are taking up the issue with them but we still suggest that you change your entry to MARKET especially for your morning orders.
If your strategy goes into error and you have been using limit order for entry MAKE SURE that none of the positions are trading in the broker & none of the limit orders are ACTIVE in the order book.
