Hi everyone. Today as you are aware, there were issues with all brokers on AlgoTest except Zerodha, Finvasia and Kotak. The root cause of the issue was our managed database instance on the cloud provider, DigitalOcean facing issues. This issue was on DigitalOcean’s end as you can see on the link https://status.digitalocean.com/incidents/8fm83lgfsdhm
We tried to reboot everyone’s servers by bypassing the faulty database on the cloud but that didn’t go as planned as few strategies were stuck in square off mode. As a result, for these brokers, we will be sending ALL STRATEGIES into error mode. Please manage your positions manually on your broker terminal.
Zerodha, Finvasia and Kotak will be the only ones that remain fine.
Strategies in every other broker will go into error mode.
Moving forward, we will work on a fix for this today so that even if the cloud provider’s managed database goes down for whatever reason, our users remain unaffected. Will share more updates with you soon

Kotak RUNTIME Error
Many customers are facing RUNTIME error while placeing orders. We are in touch with the broker to understand the issue.
If your strategy is in running status and ONLY the Stop loss orders were rejeted you need to do the following:
1. Make sure the SLL order is not already placed
2. We will take the SL order via market once the price comes
