Finvasia is upgrading its systems. All NEW API keys will now take a min of 1 hour to get activated.

Those having an old account with OLD API keys are unaffected.

This affects only those customers who have created a new API key on PRISM.

We figured out the issue with FINNIFTY. This morning, we received an older version of the instrument file from both zerodha and our data vendor. We assumed that the instrument file we get in the mornings will be today’s file, but this morning it was yesterday’s file (probably because they’re delivering from the same CDN which cached yesterday’s file). We’ve now added another check in our platform that will flag this in the future when we turn on our systems in the morning.

For today only, you can change the expiry of FINNIFTY from weekly to monthly after doing a hard refresh. This will give you the ability to activate FINNIFTY strategies today.

*Be sure to switch your strategies back to Weekly Expiry to activate them tomorrow. *

Guys another important thing we have removed the 2 min wait time. Now the strategies will deploy either on their designated entry time or immediately if the entry time is skipped.

Guys there seems to be an issue with Finvasia. They are looking into it. Please check your broker terminal to see if the trades have been taken. Try and square them off manually or take opposite positions in another broker.

Guys just got word from FINVASIA that the issue has been resolved. You may retry activating your strategy.
