Hi guys, there might be a problem with the LIVE MTM. Please do not Panic.

You do not need to do anything.

You can track your MTM on your Broker APP.

Kotak Broker Issue

Hi guys, there is an issue with order execution on Kotak. We are in touch with the broker and shall update on it soon. Many morning entries were not taken, but the orders seems to be going now.

For strategies that have gone into error:

- Please check if the there are no orders in the broker terminal. If there are please manage them manually.
- You may activate the strategy again by click on the "Activate" button as you do in the morning

The morning issue has been resolved by the broker.

Portfolio Activation

The portfolio activation issue has been fixed. Please go ahead and activate your strategies via the Portfolio activation feature.

Kotak Down

Most traders facing issue with their morning trades on Kotak. We have raised with the team and they have acknowledged the issue and looking into it.

Maybe the subsequent trades work but please be careful.

Kotak Neo Update

As per the broker everything is working fine now. Please check for any pending trades from the strategies that went int error.

You may activate your Strategies now.

API is down for the broker. The broker is working on fixing it. The App is also not working.

If you have huge positions, I request you to let in touch with the broker directly and ask them to square off .
