TLDR - our servers are facing connectivity delays with KOTAK and DHAN servers this morning, and the problem is persisting. We are sending an ERROR notification to ALL KOTAK and DHAN USERS (via sms/email/telegram - whichever is your preferred medium) that we are putting your strategies into ERROR mode for today.

Razorpay Issue (Payment)
Hi we are noticing issues with payments not going through from Razorpay especially if you scan the QR.
We request you to enter your UPI ID instead of scanning the QR. Please be patient while the payment is processed (2-3 mins).
We have taken the issue up with Razorpay and all such payments that are in pending status shall be refunded. Do not worry.
If the refund does not come in 1-2 days, please let us know.

NSE Holiday Change
As per the notification sent by NSE today, the Trading Holiday scheduled for Wednesday 28/06/2023 has now been moved to Thursday 29/06/2023.
Hence, the June monthly expiry has been moved from Thursday 29/06/2023 to Wednesday (tomorrow) 28/06/2023.
In order to activate your Expiry (Thursday) strategies tomorrow do the following when you login in the morning:
1. Click on Live Trade
2. Change the Day filter to TH (see image attached) - now all your Expiry strategies will be populated on the top of the list
3. Activate Strategies
