If you signed up on AlgoTest using your broker account, please complete the steps below to ensure uninterrupted access:
1. Go to your Profile page and add your phone number
2. Verify it using OTP
3. Logout from your account
4. On the login page, click Forgot Password
5. Enter your phone number → verify OTP → set a new password
Once done, you’ll be able to log in using your phone number + password.

If you have any positional strategies running, please square them off tomorrow and re-deploy.
Ensure that order type is set to LIMIT in execution settings to avoid any disruptions.
⚠️ Note: Do not delete or reconfigure your broker connection today if you have any positional/BTST strategies running. Otherwise, you may face an error stating “broker deleted”, you won't be able to run your strategy tomorrow.
If you have any positional strategies running, please square them off tomorrow and re-deploy.

Kotak is implementing BAN on market order today. Please do the following:
- convert your market order entry or exit to limit order
- keep the following buffer: nifty - trigger buffer 0 pts, limit buffer minimum 3 pts
- sensex - trigger buffer 0%, limit buffer min 10%
- convert to market 40 secs
All market orders sent to kotak will be rejected by the broker.
AlgoTest will be banning market orders tomorrow.
We will be sharing market order change FAQs today after market.
